Software customization

In the program, in many places it is possible to add information about the company and a given project.

By using our software, you can do the following:

define design data for each analysis (e.g. company, team data, coments ),
print FMEA sheets enriched with the logo of your company,
add you company’s symbols for special specifications,
add company’s symbols for process flow diagram,
add images for characteristics in control plan,
define a list of employees,
define your specyfic S, O, D,
set the risk matrix template.

It is possibility to add or change program functionality to the preferences of the company.

We modify or add functions for PQ-FMEA in accordance with the given specification or we develop changes to talks with the client.

We have had many customization of PQ-FMEA behind us, from adding columns or changing headers, to introducing personalized work according to the company’s requirements, compatibility with the SAP system and many others.

When modifying, we do not increase the license price, we only add changes price.

FMEA, i.e. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, is a mathod whose purpose is to detect potential fault of the analyzed object, their causes and effects. It is a very effective and efficient method of supporting quality management.

Our software, PQ-FMEA helps to efficiently create a logical, complete analysis. It allows you to document both PFMEA and DFMEA analysis and additionally create control plans (CP) and process flow diagrams (PF).
