Control plan

In the software is available control plan (CP) building function.

Building a control plan in the program is automated, which means that the program itself transfers the data previously entered in the analysis and on this basis creates the CP form.

This solution saves time, protects against mistakes and helps you focus on essential analysis elements. The program does all other things for us and all of this is simple and intuitive. In effect, we have a reliable control plan applicable to the actual process or product structure.

FMEA, i.e. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, is a mathod whose purpose is to detect potential fault of the analyzed object, their causes and effects. It is a very effective and efficient method of supporting quality management.

Our software, PQ-FMEA helps to efficiently create a logical, complete analysis. It allows you to document both PFMEA and DFMEA analysis and additionally create control plans (CP) and process flow diagrams (PF).
