Common tables of SOD assessment

Common tables of SOD assesment

An important thing when creating PFMEA analyses is to define and assess effects of the specific fault. The teams working on FMEA analysis should not have any difficulty in specifying effects of the fault on further stages of the process but defining the effects for external customer consumer from the point of view of compliance with rules of law environmental protection and service may prove to be troublesome. This information must derive from DFMEA. It is also important that the specific effect is assessed exactly in the same way in DFMEA and PFMEA.

Therefore a new update of the program allows importing and exporting tables which support assessing particular risk elements (SOD). From now on the teams will have an opportunity to work with the same tables SEV in DFMEA and PDFMEA.

The function will be used to unify work effects of particular teams creating FMEA – now it is enough to share the file with particular tables and in effect improve the flow of information and avoid inconsistency in analysis as well as improve cooperation with suppliers!
